Twin Spoons Dessert Co. specializes in fresh, refrigerated desserts.
Current Shipping Availability
We do not currently ship our refrigerated banana pudding through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other nationwide parcel carriers.
Orders are currently available through approved local pickup, event sales, and eligible local delivery arrangements.
Shipping options may change in the future as our business grows.
Local Pickup
Pickup availability, location information, dates, and time windows will be provided during ordering or in the customer’s order confirmation.
Customers should arrive within their scheduled pickup window.
Because our desserts are perishable, we cannot guarantee product availability or quality if an order is not collected within the agreed pickup period.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be offered for qualifying orders and locations.
Available delivery areas, minimum-order requirements, delivery charges, and delivery times may vary.
Submitting an order does not guarantee delivery availability until the order has been accepted and confirmed.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing:
● The correct delivery address;
● A working telephone number;
● Accurate delivery instructions; and
● Someone available to receive the order when required.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Refrigeration
Our banana pudding is a refrigerated product.
Customers should refrigerate their desserts immediately after receiving them and keep them properly refrigerated until they are ready to consume them.
Once the product has been picked up or delivered, responsibility for maintaining proper storage transfers to the customer.
Delivery Delays
While we make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled delivery times, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, emergencies, events, road closures, or other circumstances outside our control.
We will communicate significant delays whenever reasonably possible.

If Twin Spoons Dessert Co. introduces shipping for eligible products in the future, this Shipping & Delivery Policy will be updated with applicable destinations, carriers, processing times, shipping costs, and product-specific requirements.
